East Kent Artists' Open Houses 2016
This year I've had a break from taking part in EKOH, a Canterbury Festival affiliated event where artists and makers up and down East Kent throw open their doors to their studios, homes and galleries so that visitors can pop in and see their work, have a chat and hopefully buy or commission work. The joy of having a break is that I have been able to visit other designers, makers, printers, ceramicists and more including these three lovelies - from left to right, Heather Mathieson ceramics and linocut prints, Jo Oakley artist and Fable & Base hand printed...

The wonderful Gillian Blease, who has designed so many beautiful modern stylish and tableworthy mats and coasters, made this logo for me. With table mat rounded corners and a crown to show the great quality of the products, it's slightly-retro feel suits the brand perfectly.
