Refund policy
In the event that order doesn't suit your purposes, or arrives damaged, or you've simply changed your mind - please send an email within 14 days of receiving the parcel either as a return email to one from us about the order or through the contact form (please add the order number if you use the contact form) and we'll email back with where to return them to (please do this within 14 days). Once they have been received a refund will be arranged within 14 days and will be sent back to the person who made the purchase.
