Margate Summer 2014 This summer, Margate has been transformed into a festival of colour in a project initiated by Turner Contemporary.  Inspired by Piet Mondrian, whose love of colour changed painting, there has been a colourful explosion of dance, performance, theatre, art and activity in the town and surrounding area of Thanet. Jenny has been involved in several of the projects including taking the joint lead with Janet Williams of Margate Gallery on Deckchairs Inspired by Mondrian.    

The Hare and The Hen, 11 Dalegate Market, Burnham Deepdale, Norfolk PE31 8FB Philippa Lee is a potter who creates very lovely ceramics from within her studio/shop in Burnham Deepdale.  The colourful, light filled shop is brimming with lovely items made by Philippa and other designer/maker craftspeople.  Be sure to add it to your list of places to visit when in North Norfolk...
