Thank you for visiting the Jenny Duff website, this page has been designed to give you the information you need about sizes and prices. I am often asked if a boxed set contains all one design - the answer is "only if you want it to"! Please Pick and Mix to customise your own set of six coasters, table mats or serving mats - this may be six of the same or six different designs, or anything in between. A Pick and Mix button is included on each design range page, just give it a click and follow the directions to selecting your own combination of six designs.

The sizes shown are the standard available, but other sizes and shapes are also possible, so please ask. Some designs can also be adapted to specific colourways and please don't forget the Made for You service, if you have your own designs or pictures you would like made into mats or trays.

All of the product is cork-backed Melamine and comes with instructions for care (wipe clean, never put in a dishwasher or immerse in water) and is made exclusively in the U.K.

All of the printing is done "in house" prior to the Melamine process being applied in England by manufacturers with over seventy years of experience.  We aim always to supply quality British goods with a friendly and efficient service.

Delivery

The aim is to always deliver within five working days, but this depends on stock availability, sometimes it will be necessary to make your order especially for you and this does take a bit longer. Delivery is charged at £6.95 to the U.K. mainland, £19.50 to Europe and £29.95 for the rest of the world.

We will replace any faulty or damaged product. We cannot refund for any product received in good condition but exchange can be made with additional delivery charge.
