Have your own picture put on to mats and coasters. The hardest
part is is selecting the one favourite image; it can be a
photograph, or perhaps a special drawing or painting that
you have done; and then send it to Jenny Duff. Please remember
when making your selection that a "landscape" picture
will work best as a table mat.

To receive your Presentation Box containing 6 Table Mats (19.1x24.2cm)
or 4 Serving Mats (21.3x29.2cm), all with the same image,
delivered to you within six to eight weeks, please send your
picture or photograph, with a copy of this completed form,
either as a jpeg on cd or as a print not bigger than A4 (21cm
x 29.7cm). Please use a Royal Mail signed-for service if your
picture is very precious to you and send to
